Nutrition is essential, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are some sources that can help answer any questions you may have about coronavirus and nutrition. These sources were provided by Registered Dietitian and Grossmont Community College Nutrition Professor, Jason Stevens.

These two links go in-depth about food safety and how to buy it during this pandemic safely. It also explains how there is no need to rush to buy food, there are no major shortages, only that stock may run low at your local grocer.
