The Green Monster lives up to its name. The creator Mishell Larson, who works in La Vincita located in the Griffin Center, makes The “Green Monster” pizza, a delicious mix of crunched-up crackers, chopped cilantro, spicy serranos and mozzarella cheese, drizzled with sour cream and creamy ranch dressing.

The first reaction that people have toward the pizza is, “What is this? And why should I buy it?” But students will not regret it. The pizza has a spicy flavor with a unique crunch. It’s a pizza that should be experienced firsthand.
